Bars, brewpubs, hotels and multi-outlet groups — counted properly, every night.
Every open bottle measured to the millilitre instead of estimated. Track each pour and transfer, and spot discrepancies before they reach your margin.
Stock, consumption and value across every outlet and bar — on screen the moment a count is saved, not the morning after someone types it up.
Kegs, pre-batched cocktails and stock-room transfers all run through one system, with wastage recorded by reason instead of buried in the shortfall.
Powerful Dashboard
Live figures, clear variance and reports you can actually act on — across one bar or fifteen.
How It Works
One pull of the scanner brings up the right brand — no scrolling a list of four hundred bottles at closing time.
SIROO already knows the empty bottle weight and the spirit density, so it turns the reading straight into millilitres. Your team never sees a gram or does a conversion.
Remaining volume, poured since the last count, and the value attached — saved against that bar, that night, that person.
One full count, start to finish — scan, weigh, and watch the value land in the report.
What Arrives
Software alone can only ask your staff to guess more neatly. SIROO ships with the hardware that removes the guess — calibrated, paired, and ready the moment you open the box.
Scanner + Weighing Scale
Paired and calibrated
Unbox it, connect it, and count your first bottle the same evening.
Draft Beer
A keg can't be eyeballed, and by the time it blows you've already lost the record of what came out of it. SIROO registers each keg as its own asset — capacity, tare weight, which bars it feeds — then tracks it to closure.
At each count you enter one number: the current weight. SIROO works out what's left, what was poured, and prompts for wastage. Record sales by serve and the variance is calculated for you.
Reports
Filter by outlet, bar, brand and date. Read it on screen or take the whole thing to CSV.
SIROO changed how we manage beverage inventory. The accuracy is the part that surprised everyone — there's no arguing with a weight.
Discrepancies dropped sharply in the first month. More importantly, we could finally point at which night and which bar they came from.
The reporting saves us hours every week. For anyone running more than one outlet, it's hard to go back to a notebook after this.

Questions
The scale ships with SIROO, already calibrated and paired, and we'd recommend using it — it's the part that makes the measurement trustworthy. If you already run compatible hardware, raise it on the demo call and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work.
Most single outlets are counting the same day. We configure your outlets, bars and stock rooms with you, load your brands and prices, and train the staff who will use it nightly. Multi-outlet groups take longer, mainly because there are more people to train.
No. The nightly job is scan, weigh, save. Everything that could be calculated is calculated. The screens your bar team touch are deliberately narrow — reporting and settings sit behind separate logins.
Yes. Each outlet has its own stock rooms and bars, stock is assigned and transferred between them, and reporting works at either level — one bar on one night, or every outlet across a quarter.
Kegs are a first-class part of the system, not an afterthought. Each keg is registered with its capacity and full weight, assigned to the bars it feeds, weighed at each count, and closed out with a final wastage figure. Sales are recorded by glass, pitcher and tower.
Pricing depends on how many outlets and bars you run and how much hardware you need, so we quote it properly rather than posting a number that would be wrong for most people. Book a demo and you'll have a figure on the call.
Twenty minutes. We'll weigh a bottle from your bar and show you the variance it finds.
